We worked with Island Health to design and develop a modern, public-facing website that would enable them to share information about their services and provide ways for patients to engage with the organization.

The Ministry responsible for Yukon Lottery Commission worked with OXD to launch a secure, responsive, and fast solution on a best-in-class CMS. Beyond simply refreshing the branding and visuals, the Lotteries Yukon website increased usability and accessibility, while increasing operational efficiencies for Lotteries Yukon employees through extensive training and flexible content modules.
We partnered with athletic apparel and technical clothing brand lululemon to deliver improved insights around the behaviour of their online customers. By helping customers understand the benefits of having a lululemon account versus purchasing anonymously, we increased new sign-ups 20% within the first month of launch.
We've worked with BC Hydro for more than a decade. They trusted OXD to improve the customer experience of their website, redesign their customer portal, and provide strategic recommendations for their corporate intranet.
OXD took a user-centred approach to redesigning the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia's website properties and communications. Through interviews and user-testing with drivers and communities, we helped people find information about testing and regulations more quickly, ultimately helping make roads safer in BC.
Since 2013, OXD has worked with Honeywell on their innovative SmartLine series of industrial sensors, creating differentiation in a crowded marketplace through a user-centred configuration and monitoring experience. International Finance Corporation worked with OXD to help financial institutions learn about the benefits of environmental and social risk management. Employing user-centred methods, we designed and built an accessible, light-weight online toolkit that's been in service and evolving for over a decade.
Electronic Arts (EA) came to us to provide critical design and development services for dozens of marketing sites and player portals. Our team was a strategic bridge driving cross-promotion and prize redemption for many of EA's partner brands, including Dr Pepper and ConAgra Foods.
