Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience and Service Designer, Astrid helps uncover and resolve complex problems for clients through design and intuitive digital interactions for users. She is passionate about her work and enjoys investigating challenges and turning her discoveries into user-friendly solutions. Before joining OXD, Astrid was the user experience and service design manager for a top Brazilian brand agency, working with clients across industries including health care, energy, and utilities.

Astrid has a postgraduate certificate in Human-Computer Interaction, Ergonomic Design of Interfaces: Usability and Information Architecture. Her 12 years of combined experience spans across advertising and marketing, user experience and service design, and digital products.

Astrid moved from Brazil to Vancouver with her husband and two adopted cats: Jalapeño and Chili. She loves discovering new vegan restaurants and trying out vegan recipes at home.
