We are extremely excited to announce the launch of the all new Pokemon.com website. As one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world, The Pokémon Company International partnered with POP and OpenRoad to create an awesome new destination for Pokémon fun. The relaunched site features a mobile- and tablet- friendly interface complemented by a fresh and sleek new look. It also introduces exciting new content, like Explore Pokémon that lets you look up Pokémon based on their abilities, and Watch Pokémon TV that lets you stream video episodes.
The site officially launched Monday and has already received positive feedback on social media (see below) and various gaming sites (including Nintendo Life and Nintendo Insider).
As a massively popular site with a ton of constantly changing content, the project is a culmination of 10 months of collaboration, creativity, technical ingenuity, and overall great work by everyone involved. A huge congratulations to The Pokémon Company International and a big thank you to their internal project team, as well as POP, and of course our dedicated developers and project managers here at OpenRoad.
