As a Project Manager and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with over 15 years of experience, Rose helps OXD clients deliver complex technology projects, using Agile methods to keep work on time, on scope, and on budget. She pairs business analysis with hands-on technical delivery, and she's especially strong at spotting risks early in the software development lifecycle, so teams can protect timelines, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.

Rose has led end-to-end digital transformations across many industries. For lululemon, she led engineering and vendor teams to deliver core enterprise systems, including a guest CRM and AI-driven chat and IVR platforms. At Fox HTS, she led the deployment of a national sales forecasting platform. For Pfizer, she directed the team behind a high-traffic web and mobile application, working within strict regulatory, quality, and security requirements.

With a background in business analysis, Rose is good at getting executives, technical leads, and clients aligned around a shared product vision. Whether she's running Scrum ceremonies, clearing roadblocks, or managing multi-million-dollar budgets, she brings the structure and adaptability that turn hard technical problems into real business results.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends.
