Mandy Leung
Service Designer
As a Service Designer, Mandy leads the creation of seamless, end-to-end journeys for complex services across both digital and offline channels. Her focus is on ensuring these solutions meet the needs of both clients and the public.
Before joining OXD, Mandy served as a Data Strategist in Newmont’s talent intelligence team, a leading Canadian sustainable gold mining company. Her career also includes significant roles within Deloitte Digital's product and design team in Ireland, and experience across financial services, luxury retail, and not-for-profits.
Mandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in User Experience Design. Her academic background, combined with her data-driven mindset and expertise in scaled agile delivery, equips her to identify root problems and deliver tangible, human-centered design solutions.
Mandy moved to Vancouver from Ireland in 2023 and is passionate about traveling the world. Her bucket list includes Hawaii, Japan, and Colombia. A foodie at heart, Mandy enjoys exploring new cuisines, hiking, running, or finding her inner warrior in her downtime. When she’s not adventuring, you might find her snuggled up with a good book.
