Jacqueline Antalik
Director of User Experience and Service Design
Jacqueline Antalik is a strategic and experienced design leader who helps governments deliver services that are more inclusive, connected, and aligned with the real needs of people. As OXD’s Director of User Experience and Service Design, she brings over 20 years of experience working with public sector organizations to improve citizen and staff experiences through research, co-design, and service innovation.
Jacqueline has led transformative work across ministries and jurisdictions, including the BC Ministry of Health, BC Ministry of Citizens’ Services, Provincial Health Services Authority, Parks Canada, and Alberta Ministry of Justice. Her expertise spans user research, service design, digital strategy, and inclusive design practices. Whether designing a vision for connected health services or reimagining how courtroom operations work, Jacqueline brings a collaborative, system-focused lens that helps diverse teams align and act on what matters most.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication from Simon Fraser University and has completed advanced training in leadership, service design, and facilitation. Jacqueline regularly shares her knowledge as a speaker, facilitator, and contributor to Canada’s public sector design community. When she’s not working, you’ll find her reading, running, or spending time with her daughters.
