Dylan Rogowsky
Senior Software Developer
As a Senior Software Developer at OXD, Dylan collaborates with focused teams to design and develop new features and releases, while fleshing out technical requirements to support the implementation of elegant solutions.
Dylan completed his education in Digital and Interactive Media Design, with honours, and Enterprise-Level Application Development, at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Before joining OXD, Dylan was a technical architect and developer where his involvement in the website modernization for the City of Edmonton won the 2017 Digital Alberta Ember Award for Best Mobile Experience. It was also featured on A Responsive Web Design, a podcast by Karen McGrane and Ethan Marcotte. With over 15 years’ experience, he has supported design and development for in-house and full service digital agencies including Yellow Pencil, nForm, polytechnic leader Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and international retailer Running Room. Dylan also taught Interactive Media Design I and Interactive Media Design II at MacEwan University.
Dylan is a foodie, coffee-lover, aspiring baker, home improvement project enthusiast, and world-traveller. He’s also, admittedly, a fan of ‘questionable’ reality TV. Dylan has played the saxophone for over a decade with a couple of local Alberta bands and even had the opportunity to play alongside Tommy Banks—the iconic Canadian composer, conductor, and music director.
