Honeywell Quality Control Systems 4.0 (QCS 4.0) is a quality control system that uses cloud storage and big data to improve system reliability, sensor accuracy, control performance, and product quality by providing Honeywell’s clients with actionable insights.
QCS 4.0 empowers manufacturers by giving them access to real-time, historical, and predictive data. This drives costs down for Honeywell customers, who before QCS 4.0 were reliant on in-person visits from engineers and exported spreadsheets shared over email. QCS 4.0 improves product quality and production efficiency, while driving costs down. As a result, manufacturers save millions of dollars per quarter in lost production.
