We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. Our PMs are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. They bring a strong mix of traditional project management and Agile delivery skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and keep initiatives aligned, on track, and outcome-focused. Clear communicators and relationship builders, they navigate interest holder needs with tact and clarity. With a collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for detail, OXD Project Managers support healthy team dynamics and ensure the success of every project from kickoff to delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage website, web application, and business process improvement projects, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage a variety of projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, tailoring the approach to best meet project goals and client needs.
  • Proactively manage project risks, while actively tracking and reporting on issues to maintain project progress.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while effectively managing client expectations throughout.
  • Contribute to company sales and resource planning processes, supporting business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead teams in preparing accurate project estimates to guide scope and resource planning.
  • Support the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs.
  • Work closely with clients on high-profile, complex, and rewarding projects, providing expert consulting and fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Over five years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager in an agency or consulting setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong experience managing web development projects, with familiarity in web development methodologies and processes.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or other similar software to organize and track project progress.
  • Skilled in utilizing web-based project management systems like JIRA to manage tasks and workflows.
  • Experienced with time tracking systems and timesheet software to ensure accurate project and team management.
  • Involvement in all phases of the project lifecycle, from creating estimates to managing invoicing for completed work.
  • Solid understanding of the web and software design and development processes, including best practices and methodologies.
  • A keen interest in internet technologies and how they can be leveraged to enhance business strategies.
  • Well-versed in risk management practices, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Holds one or more certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or ScrumMaster, demonstrating commitment to professional development.

Compensation and benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 which is dependent on level of experience
