Sarah Coney

Sarah Coney

User Experience Designer

As a User Experience Designer, Sarah helps solve complex design problems through user research methods and an open mind. She began her career as a business analyst in government health care, supporting the implementation of electronic health records in hospitals across British Columbia. In search of a new challenge, Sarah found herself excelling in product data management and SAP implementation for some of Canada’s largest fashion retailers, Aritzia and Arc’teryx. The ecommerce side of these businesses helped develop her passion for user experience, and she went on to become fluent in all things SharePoint, Squarespace, and Shopify.

Sarah also has experience as a quality assurance analyst, and has redesigned websites for local businesses and nonprofits.

She has a degree in Philosophy from McMaster University, as well as a professional certification in Business Analytics from the University of British Columbia.

When Sarah isn’t working, you can find her riding and racing bikes, cross country skiing, and camping in her roof-top tent. Her love for riding brought her to join the Board of Directors for Ride Like a Girl, a BC based non-profit. Sarah also manages several social media accounts for other charitable organizations.
