Jacqueline Antalik

Director of User Experience

As Director of User Experience, Jacqueline leads our User Experience and Service Design teams. Jacqueline brings over 15 years of experience in the Web/IT industry. She has extensive experience working on large mission-critical systems along with a strong background in human computer interaction, business and system analysis, information architecture, workplace learning and technology, writing, and consulting. Jacqueline is passionate about connecting with end-users, hearing their thoughts and pain points, and using that to design and deliver a positive and meaningful user experience.

Jacqueline has worked with clients including TransLink, the BC Ministry of Children and Families, Public Guardian and Trustee, and the BC Ministry of the Attorney General. Prior to joining OXD, she spent ten years with TELUS as an Interaction Design and Usability Specialist. While there, Jacqueline worked on both internal and external client engagements, which included the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Prospera Credit Union, the BC Government, and the Vancouver Canucks. She also fulfilled the Business Analyst role on many of these projects.

Jacqueline has a Communications degree with a Psychology minor from Simon Fraser University and is a member of the User Experience Professionals Association. When not working you will find Jacqueline enjoying time with her daughters, reading, jogging, and catching up on sleep.
